There are research that points to an even greater win for Trump if everyone that could vote had done so.

EU should invest in EU tech industry as its clear US companies is a part of the assault and should be knee capped in the EU.Opp to invest in EU defense industry and invite Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, Ukraine etc into the mix. Build new alliances.
