- Roku doesn't require a smart TV. If you get the little Roku box it will use wifi to mirror from your PC. Should look better than the cable I would think. You'd have to get a Roku box, but I don't think they cost too much and you should be able to use apps on it free without paying for Roku TV.
- You can also use an HDMI cable from your PC. I've done that on my not-smart TV but it does not look pretty.
