  IANAL, but I’m pretty sure that all the lawsuits challenging Trump’s grifting in office were all dismissed on issues of standing etc. So we’ve still never gotten a ruling on the merits, right? The justices who are owned by Harlan Crowe will resist it, but SCOTUS needs to be forced to address it.
