- Trump's blatant corruption is, like a lot of the malfeasance in his second term, a bigger version of things he did and got away with in his first term. As @jilldlawrence.bsky.social writes, the Supreme Court and Republican Congress helped him do that. To quote a US Senator, he learned his lesson.

- With all due respect, “corruption” is not an exact synonym for “bribery” and I find it very bizarre that you are acting as if the two are one and the same. Many things which are corrupt are not bribery!
