- lmaoooo my last greyhound ride was after my divorce hearing and i was headed back to my hometown. bus ended up being raided cause it was a bunch of convicts that had just been released from prison. i happened to be sitting next to one and what a time that was. LOL

- Resiliency. My mom was brutalized by the police in the 90s. In the south. They tried to take literally everything away from her and she survived. She is the most stoic person I know. But she really gave me the tools to resist, to question, and to have acute discernment.

- It’s always evolving. And nobody really knows the depths of it (healing and grief) but try to be gentle with yourself and others…I’m taking my own advice and giving myself grace after a miscarriage. Didn’t expect this day to sting like this but it does and that’s okay ❤️🩹🕊️

- the way she used to make popcorn. she’d use the kernels and pop them on the stove then cut a paperbag in half and dump the popcorn with melted butter and drizzled caramel in it. It tasted so good and I thought she was doing magic lol

- Did a 2 week European tour last September and got a chance to make my own perfume in Nice and had lunch/shopped at Jacquemus in Saint Tropez with my big sis
