I vowed never to do that again AND to ALWAYS stand up for, be down for and give leeway to my Sistahs even when they are nasty to me!! Still!

- One Mother’s Day, my cousins and I sang this song to our grandmother before she passed away. 🥹 That’s when I learned my next oldest male cousin—who I looked up to like a big brother—could sang. The diva in me was offended, because I was supposed to be the singer… and he stole the whole show.
