- As a NY'er, here's the problem: NYC elections are won by blue collar votes/who can carry union endorsements + name recognition. That's how Adams won, and right now people are thinking "anybody but Adams," which is why Cuomo is leading. There are some promising alternatives, but ppl don't KNOW them
- I miss new wave & synth pop so bad.
- The way white people -corporations and banks even - will give other white ppl who are proven scam artists capital really needs to be studied.
- Mayor Ras Baraka getting arrested as he LEFT the ICE detention center is why we we've been telling folks to stop asking Black electeds to lead the charge. Bc we already know how this goes.
- Maybe having an American pope will finally draw enough interest from US protestants for them to finally learn that Catholicism IS Christianity and not a separate faith.
- I know I'm middle-aged because I am all in on The Four Seasons.
