- "The American Axis" describes the close personal and business relationships between Henry Ford, Charles Lindbergh, and other prominent elite fascists starting in the 1920s. These guys were not just "garden party antisemites", they *directly* subsidized and supported Hitler's rise to power.

- The DOI policy has always been, above all, an extremely flexible tool for Meta to cull or permit speech as needed depending on which way the winds are blowing politically. Keep in mind this is the same policy the company uses to suppress speech/imagery about Gaza.

- Phrases found in this NYT piece: — “ethical alarms about the potential for corruption” — “an increasingly no-holds-barred atmosphere in Washington under Trump 2.0” — “striking disdain for onetime norms of propriety and for traditional legal and political guardrails” www.nytimes.com/2025/05/12/u...
- Phrases NOT found in that NYT piece: — “emoluments clause” — “unconstitutional” — “impeachable offense” But rest assured that they *did* find time to bothsides this issue by mentioning Hunter Biden’s sleazy but legal trading on his family name. Yeah, those are equivalent. Good work, boys.
- Thrilled for my friend Alexandra. Truly the best at what she does, and what she does is pretty great. Sad for the Post, and all those who remain, pursuing the mission.
