- Reposted by Seth Truegerit's jolting how little AI skepticism has reached the general public. i've had many acquaintances ask whether i use AI for research and seem shocked when i tell them it's completely useless for that purpose. my wife recently told her colleagues about hallucinations and it was news to all of them.
- RCT (n=8000) of a flu+COVID mRNA vaccines "met noninferiority criteria and induced higher immune responses than recommended standard care influenza and COVID-19 vaccines… with an acceptable tolerability and safety profile." \hopefully this and other good combo vaccines see the light of day
