- i think designing an enemy is like a fun way to put a bigger impact onto the game you wanna support, but other things you mentioned i feel definitely lean too heavily on backers having game design knowledge

- i'm no expert but i think it comes down to a few factors: - recognizability - genuine queer representation and expression (from the heart and self) - luck that's what i interpret it as, anyway. i feel you hard on that last part though

- i wish people wouldn't just dismiss allegations of abuse under "why didn't you go to the authorities?" in america, the system is notoriously rigged AGAINST survivors of any abuse, including CSA. there's so many cases where people report these incidents only to be accused of lying by the police.
