it's interesting that no matter where I post I seem to blow up, yet I think there are a lot of things to work and improve on with my art. but I like my art (current art)
even on twitter last year I gained 5k in 3 days before kerplunking my account (thank god)
idk what is about my art truthfully. ppl tell me it's my OCS and my rendering but there are people who do the same but get half the attention. ok I am having imposter syndrome rn
i'm no expert but i think it comes down to a few factors:
- recognizability
- genuine queer representation and expression (from the heart and self)
- luck
that's what i interpret it as, anyway. i feel you hard on that last part though
