Sinister just means on the left side in a literal translation using its etymology. The idea that all people who are left handed are sinister in today's use of the word is as preposterous as a man becoming a woman because he decides to. The latter, not a choice of words, but the way one lives.
Hmmm you should think about changing your bio line. Clearly you don’t want to learn about more people. You judge.
I do want to understand. How is it not an attempt for certain men to reduce the unique, natural value of women by stating that their choice to dress and act feminine is equivalent to the life experiences of a real woman?Men like this are literally robbing women of agency and all of a sudden it's ok?

If believing men cannot become women is bigotted, this wouldn't have been a thing until like ten minutes ago. For the entirety of humanity this was common sense until those that prosper on the "under respresented" needed a new group to promote.
