- It’s actually sort of surprising that the GOP hasn’t gone in for court packing? Like why not just add 3 seats for young federalist justices and get a bunch of 9-3 decisions while they have the house and senate?
- when you already have the majority, there's not much reason to open up the court-packing move up to democrats when it seems clear that their sense of propriety will prevent them from doing it as long as republicans haven't gone for it first. ditto the filibuster.
- It sure is something that a group of people who, TWO DAYS AGO, were gleefully asserting that strangers they don't like are pedophiles got mad at @kathryntewson.bsky.social , then actively tried to GET HER FIRED, and are now yelling that she is "harassing" them bc she … replies to their posts.
