- They are coming for the adult materials. They want to define "obscenity" by their standards. Video from @parkroseperma.bsky.social youtube.com/shorts/S5CI_...
- I think I have come to realize why lofi became my favorite genre of music. It doesn't come with memories. It doesn't make me cry. Seems like so much of the music I've loved throughout my life makes me cry now.
- This post contains the greatest replies of all time. I am happy to know my vagina is a mystery

- Oh this is bunk! Part of the joy of audiobooks is the human narrator interpreting it for us. With their human voice and their human experiences informing them.

- Hashbrown writinggoals sell enough work to get one of these Liminal Dreams pieces. They remind me of armillaries. I would like to touch one. I bet they feel so great.

- This strengthens my resolve. You did a really great job inviting the desire to touch because boy howdy that was the first thing I thought about.
- A company that does field trips for adults to the museum, the play, the whatever cool thing they think only kids deserve to go on field trips to. Yea or Nay?
- [Not loaded yet]
- I seriously think a company that did field trips like that for adults would be cool. Imagine getting into a bus and going somewhere cool for an art class. It probably would be a neat way to meet people and have some interesting experiences.

- A field trip TO art class!!
- Happy mother's day to those who enjoy being wished that. Usually the family only gathers at dinner but today we gathered for brunch and oowee it was good af.
- Whoa, this book sounds awesome. I can't even envision what it must be like. Bout to score me a copy so I can find out.
- I'm a trans author with a disabled partner, and we don't have food. Please share this post. The Phantom Revolution is a novella I wrote about two time travelers - one Human, one Vampire - waging war over history in an alinear timeline. Please buy: jamsheedstudios.itch.io/pr-eng
- Wow, this is incredible. I love it!
- I like to call our neighbors by their vehicles since I mostly only see them from the balcony when they're driving past on the road. There's Silver Car, a nice older ciupke with a cute black and white maybe spaniel. There's also the dreaded Red Car, which torments the dogs next door. I hate Red Car.
- Hopeful poems for #Hopefest? Got any? Totes share them!

- Hahaha this is delightful!
- Wow have you ever come to a realization that is so startling that you can't believe it took you so long to reach it? This just happened to me and now I have to clean off my desk.
- This is a good interview and not because of the shout out (although thank you!). It accurately points out how anti-science tech has become. The thermodynamics point alone is worth the read. Because it’s become a folk theory among AI shills but their science is wrong!
- @adambecker.bsky.social I didn't know who you were when I woke up today, but an author quoting @tressiemcphd.bsky.social and Ursula LeGuin in an article about why, among other things, colonizing Mars is a delusional fantasy hits every checkbox I need to go buy your book.

- Well now I have to read the article.

- Goodnight from Lavina Hurd, still abuzz with visions after the sonic pomp of Silver Hand in concert at the Brighthaven Coliseum. Goodnight from Madeleine Waller, not sure if the giant sphere of star-white light hovering above the house is a thing of her dreams or real. Goodnight from Hookland.
- Goodnight, Hookland.

- Apple was my favorite but the punch was a close second. Apple won for being more tart.
- Damn. Sentenced to faintness
- This is a great video from @parkroseperma.bsky.social about bugs and fungus and stuff. It's worth a watch: this lady has helped me reframe the way I think about a lot more things than just ants and mushrooms. youtu.be/5r0obPKjujY?...
- Sitting on the balcony, listening to the rain. Just finished a cup of coffee with 40mg chocolates melted in and waiting for the adventure to begin. Hoping my homegirl @mitsubishe.bsky.social is having an elevated day too 🌫️

- But “mars isn’t even mid” just cracked me up
- That great main idea was definitely backed up with supporting ideas. By the end, I too became convinced Mars is a deeply unpleasant place. Not even mid indeed.
- Staaaahhhhp 😂
- Interesting. Women designed a car for women and then we never heard from that car again. Sure I don't care for the whole hood thing but the rest of it? BIG YES. youtube.com/shorts/slT0C...

- They honestly need to revisit this idea. With an optional hood for women who just want to look inside their own fiddly car-innards
- Wow I just learned the story behind the "woman yelling at cat" meme and the story is intense but the ending is uplifting. I'm always here for uplifting. youtu.be/zuscZH7sBfw?...

- Sounds like you'd make a great character perfumer. And I could totally imagine Leon with the linens scent. Maybe also coffee. He seems like he probably drinks a lot of coffee when he can.
- I think you're right on. Surely Wesker smells like arrogance and violence, which pretty much matches what you've listed. Can you imagine him wandering the halls of the Spencer Mansion leaving a waft of linens? I just don't think so.

- I would like to reproduce this entire menu for dinner next week. I'll be recipe hunting hardcore
- I asked my mom for feedback on a short story because she always wants to read what I write, but I never give her anything. She, am avid mystery reader and viewer, surprised me by saying I built up good suspense and that the reveal was very good. I didn't think I had any skill at all at suspense.
- Interesting breakdown here
- Shiloh Hendricks should become a lesson in a future children's schoolbook. "Shiloh was a mean racist to a little boy. Shiloh didn't apologize. Instead, Shiloh raised lots of money for herself. Should Shiloh keep the money? What should she do with it?"
