- I’m curious about the gender dynamics of this. My mom was a professional seamstress for a while, so my household probably wasn’t typical, but I had a handful of dolls who had lots of homemade outfits while my brothers had way more action figures—large sets from Star Trek, He-Man, GI Joe, etc.

- Happy #InverteFest! I feel like I caught part the story of Little Red Riding Beetle. Hopefully it doesn’t find a big bad wolf spider waiting at grandmother’s house after traveling through the dandelion forest.
- Reposted by JenniferIt's officially #InverteFest in the west! We want to see your bugs! Get outside for an invertebrate scavenger hunt. Introduce us to the spider in your basement. They were flown there from Gitmo to be imprisoned potentially for life based not on any crime for which they were convicted, but on unproven allegations of gang membership with no due process.
