- They aren’t your soulmate. No matter how much it felt like it, they just aren’t. Your actual soulmate wouldn’t speak to you that way. Period. You wouldn’t be searching for answers on the internet and ending up in abuse survivor groups if they were good to you. 1/3
- Love is supposed to feel good. Not perfect: good, safe. You got into this because you’re a romantic. You believe in the power of love. And maybe that’s what’s keeping you stuck or coming back, believing the transformative power of love will heal them/your connection. 2/3

- Removed. We sometimes get it wrong. We err on the side of caution. Our apologies!

- It really depends, based on severity of disorder, (if it is indeed a state, rather than a trait), and which type of the cluster b disorder it is. ASPD/NPD, they want to look better, BPD/HPD they want to look better + they really want to (during rare moments of “lucidity”).

- Unfortunately, we see a lot of Cluster B’s in parenting, healing, and worryingly so, medical fields (like therapy). It’s harrowing.

- I’m so sorry you went through that. No one deserves to be manipulated like that, especially when they’re in such a vulnerable state. You deserve to feel safe and supported We’re glad you’re able to name it now. Sending you strength and healing.❤️🩹

View full threadThanks for reaching out. Firstly, this is a message that should have been sent to us privately. We don’t engage in public exposure. Secondly, our inclusion criteria are for cluster B’s, and their enablers. Thirdly, we’re sorry to see you’re being added to a bunch of bogus lists, and we certainly 1/?
- Understand the frustration that might come with that. We cannot find self declaration of cluster B evidence of this user’s profile, and they have not indicated that they support cluster B’s. We recommend you simply report the lists. As a reminder, we do not control platform moderation. - User A

- We are a resource for individuals recovering from cluster B abuse. As such, we are more aggressive in our filtering to enable better protection for victims. Generally, when people block shelter resources, mental health resources, and victim support resources, there’s something deeper going on.

- Removed. Thank you for teaching out.
- Sometimes we get it wrong. Message us with your username, and we will remove you from the list.

- These are called misanthropic tendencies and anthropomorphism. In Cluster B pathologies, it’s performative - Moral Grandstanding / Virtue signalling.

- We wish more adult PD’s had access to such resources when they were in their formative years, preventing the PD from persisting into adulthood. We’re glad to hear you were able to impact change!

- Early intervention is key to preventing #clusterb PD’s from solidifying into adulthood. It’s reassuring to hear early intervention can prevent greater issues.

- Guys, guys, guys. It’s not math. It’s not finance. It’s not economics. It’s all about psychology. Abnormal psychology. Read the DSM-5’s chapters on Cluster B personality disorders. And then it all becomes clear. www.nytimes.com/2025/04/08/b...
- Man, all the Cluster B abuse apologists in this comments are insidious.

- It’s not cluster B… Yet you proceed to describe cluster B. Your post is very confusing!

- The specific framing that an inwardly reflected self centered “empathetic” response is equivalent to an NonPD’d Affective empathy. iwCB’s confound Cognitive and Affective empathy. This was an attempt to distance themselves from the cluster they are in, and elicit apologetic behaviour from OP.

- No, it’s really not. BPD’s would like you to think that in their pursuit for perpetual victimhood, but they’re clustered under B for a reason. Don’t let them gaslight you.

- We know. We’re sorry. We wish there was a different way. They suffer a lot, and cause even more to suffer. 😞

- You’re being gaslit by a cluster b trying to apologize for abusive behaviours in a covert way. Please don’t fall for it. You shouldn’t be the one apologizing here.

- Cluster B’s will viscerally try to gaslight you into abuse acceptance. Feel free to check out our blocklists to remove this experience from your bsky feed.

- “Frightened” of their own feelings implies ASPD possesses feelings. Generally, they don’t.

- And missdx’ing folks with recoverable issues marginalizes them by pairing them with legitimate cluster B individuals, disenfranchising those who can make a change. We need better diagnostics, and reform to help those than can be helped, and protect them from those that predate.

- “You could just speak honestly, and we could work it through” is really all it would take. Unfortunately, the part of the brain in me and you that understands that simply does not work in the mind of the cluster B. The PFC cannot regulate the limbic system. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC....

- Just out of curiosity, what studies? The guy in your video is NPD himself. He’s projecting his own views onto society at large. Would love to see these studies that show 90% of the time, what people say is a lie.

- Our first exploration into social media on this topic was the revelation that a large amount of cluster B’s brag about their behaviour with no self awareness. That’s why we have a blocklist for them on here now.

- We understand. We wish we lived in a world that could help; unfortunately, there aren’t effective treatments available of personality disorders. Society hardly addresses mental health issues, much less personality issues. There’s only hope in coping, yet none for treatment.
