Sorry George. I'm a licensed clinician. I wouldn't go there. This is just plain ol criminal behavior - grifting. We don't need to look in the DSM-5-TR. Its greed, its antisocial, yes, but it's worse than just a Cluster B personality disorder. Its a way of life. No treatment available.
