- The NY Post is mad that Democracy Forward keeps beating Trump in court.
- I just know he could be our Bolsonaro
- My suggested answer to these questions is we currently have a president systematically dismantling our constitutional republic, alliances & institutions while committing unprecedented fraud & grift, so I’m not really concerned about an 82 year old retired president right now.

- You fought for habeas corpus, put it in your constitution, and now you’re just gonna let a game show host take it away? You’re not losing your rights. You’re handing them over.
- RESULT: Omaha's Republican Mayor Jean Stothert just lost to her Democratic challenger John Ewing. Stothert, who was running for a fourth term, resorted to anti-trans ads and messaging around who uses bathrooms in the final stretch of the campaign. Ewing will be Omaha's first Black mayor.
- NEW: ICE persuaded a magistrate judge that Columbia was violating 8 USC § 1324 by "harboring aliens" — i.e., students Yunseo Chung and Ranjani Srinivasan — by refusing to invite ICE onto its private campus to capture them, per the newly unsealed application. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
- Yunseo Chung, an undergrad, was a legal permanent resident who had lived in the US since childhood. Ranjani Srinivasan was a Fulbright scholar on a student visa, working on her PhD. The Trump administration suddenly tried to deport both after they participated in pro-Palestinian campus protests.

- Notably, the WSJ Editorial Board—a notorious right-wing clown car—was capable of accurately describing Trump's failure and capitulation. But @cnn.com—which claims it provides unbiased, objective journalism—had its Chief Domestic Correspondent publish blatant partisan lies as "news."
- WSJ EDITORIAL BOARD: “.. Rarely has an economic policy been repudiated as soundly, and as quickly, as President Trump’s Liberation Day tariffs ..” @wsj.com www.wsj.com/opinion/u-s-...

- John Roberts described the rule of law as “endangered” and warned against “trashing the justices,” but "he didn’t point fingers directly at President Donald Trump or his allies for publicly excoriating judges who’ve ruled against aspects of Trump’s agenda." <insert man in hot dog bun gif> 🙄
- The rule of law is endangered because Roberts, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh endangered it and I will continue to trash them until they stand me up against a wall and shoot me. Fuck you straight to hell John Roberts!

- JPMORGAN: “.. The trade war shock is still material. .. we now estimate an effective ex-ante tariff rate of 14.4%. This is akin to a $475bn tax hike on US households and businesses, worth 1.6% of GDP (still sitting close to the largest tax hike in the post WWII period).”
- EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Dan Goldman demands AG Pam Bondi come clean on if she is covering up the release of the Epstein Files to protect Donald Trump. In a blistering letter, Goldman demands answers on the unexplained delay.

- Someone tell the NY Times that Hillary is accepting a plane from Qatar. Then maybe they’ll stop being pussies and start covering it for the corruption that it is.
