- My first time driving in the USA, decades ago, I was lost and saw a police car in a mall parking lot. I swung in to ask directions, he started to move off and I accelerated and intercepted him! I jumped out and asked for directions and he was very helpful. Didn't even shoot me a funny look.
- I have since learned that this was very lucky and a great risk, but then I was used to UK police.
- Sean Duffy rerouted his wife’s flight from Newark out of “fear”—because clearly, Newark’s just fine for the rest of us mere mortals. If he won’t let his own family fly there, maybe he should focus less on dodging airports and more on doing his actual job: keeping us safe.

- I think I read last year that Alberta is #2 for standard of living in Canada! It takes an amazing politician to convince 1/3 of them that they are hard done by.
- Trump couldn’t even make a deal with Stormy Daniels to stay quiet - how’s he supposed to handle China?

- I try to live up to the standards of people I like or admire, with some it is a tough, but worthwhile job. He was one such.
