- So the current situation can be summed as the following: -The ceasefire has absolutely been violated. News from both sides of Kashmir and beyond report firing and drones. -However, neither government has declared the ceasefire over yet.

- Yes Leh where we were, which also included cast areas of Pak, but I remember our Srinagar friends were mot impacted but Ladakh, what though struck me it was not the top story in India at the time, Naxal issues even worse
- Looks like India just bombed Nur Khan base in Rawalpindi in Pakistan. Speculation suggests it may have been a missile attack. I don't see a de-escalation any time soon. Shooting war maybe closer than we think.

- Almost like the Indian government was taken by surprise
- @robertjsawyer.com hello my name is Robert J Hooker and I gave several interviews with the Future and You about 2 to 3 years after you. I am a technologist who worked with Cloud and AI. In my interviews I made a series of predictions almost all right, but DeepSeek thinks you and I are you alone
- So via some lack of metadata back in 2010 has taken your writing career and just added my life’s work into and as I had given 5 interviews with the Pod cast expanding you into a Cloud, SharePoint, Microsoft expert living in London and Canada. Deepseek has merged us into a hive mind
- Now that is all really cool, only the hive mind just has your last name. LOL. Imagined you would find that as inspiration for future stories maybe

View full threadit's not about taking Kashmir but to internationalise it. Pakistan is not able to sustain a prolonged conflict despite being however good at war fighting they may be. Plus why violate ceasefire if that put you in Trump black book. it is India that doesn't recognise US role in brokering the ceasefire
- Trump looks at these things and thinks about what will be on prime time news on Fox. As soon as a vague agreement to make a ceasefire emerged they probably jumped the gun to make Trump look like a peace maker, without really getting it done

- Well at some point the two sides need to agree, but given the clumsy ignorant way the Trump admin has been going, the mass celebration of ceasefire showed inexperienced clowns more interested in TV than in on the ground reality

- I was actually in Kashmir and Ladakh in 2010 during the floods. The Indian Army had Kashmir under lock down and then was suppose to deal with floods. Lets say corruption at all levels is probably the web way to describe it.

- Though I don't know the details, I do know Trump. I would guess at this point his team was so desperate to 'say' they ave arranged a peace deal that they jumped the gun, getting statements from both side that they may not be able to impose on their own forces.
- Actually that turns out to be a wonderful ad for Israel high tech exports. Sadly we live in a world were complex conflict keep breaking out and supplies of Chinese, Turkish, American and EU made weapons are proving to be game changes.
