So looks like multiple air force bases attacked. Pakistan will obviously respond to this. There's probably more missiles in the air or air battle going on as we speak.

In Kashmir? Have you ever been? I have, and it is remote and India routinely puts it on lockdown. If there is a humiliating problem India will just tell people to stay in their homes and without power how will they tell anyone?

The Indian government controls and even cuts off internet connectivity & media in Kashmir at its whim. But this time the internet seems to be working just fine in Srinagar even as explosions have been heard across the city.
