- Today I finished my last final exam for spring classes. I now have a few days off before starting summer courses. I'm celebrating by watching the CivFed Arlington candidate debates. I need a better way to destress.

- Lemme just say that @takiskarantonis.bsky.social missed the first couple of rounds due to him actually working as a County Board member in the recessed meeting, and it was going to be a circus otherwise. I'm loving Takis' snark towards DeVita's foolishness.

- I'm so amused that Missing Middle is still such a boogeyman for NIMBYs and the Arlington CivFed (redundant)

- It was the first spot I ever went to in Arlington. I met up with a former co-worker from FL who was doing open mic there just 2 weeks after I moved up to the DC area (starting in Laurel MD). I drove in, still unfamiliar with metro. Immediately feel in love with it.
