- Life would have compounded so hard if I had been as good at things in my 20s and 30s as I am in my 40s. I was good at my job, sure, but I’m an incredible generalist now man what the hell. I used to be like “just planted a tree need a nap”. Literally incomprehensible to me now.

- Watched a video where this guy (Mario Tomic) talked about a "strategic calorie buffer". He eats a smaller breakfast + lunch, and saves up 50% of the calorie budget for dinner because it's easier to make up a deficit than going "oh crap I have 150 cals left". I like it.
- I wish Bluesky supported long form content so I don’t have to artificially break up posts into threads. I think that has ultimately been a good decision on Twitter (though I think it’s only a thing for paid users).
