- I don't like the narrative that SEO surfers are making out of Expedition 33. Sure, it's a good game made by a mostly junior 35-person team, but at the same time it totally isn't. This narrative completely ignore that it's an anomaly and nothing short of a "if you want, you can" kind of story.
- Gamedev fuel recharged. This is our coffee stock for the next ~3 months at the office.
- Am I the only one having a problem with all the upscaling/anti-aliasing tech based on temporal or LLM effects? The level of artifacting is really annoying to me, and it outweighs the benefits. Yet people seems to praise that because of the holy framerate. And almost all Unreal games need it.

- Can't wait to properly show this bad boy in action. I spent 3 years remaking our engine and tooling (now fully in-game-editing). Hoping to ship the tools with the game. I can only show unused/old test assets while our next game is unannounced. Which means... almost nothing.
- I don't know what's the pixel art game with the largest number of different animations, but we went past the 1000 animations bar (excluding level tiles). I need to code some metrics to count all individual sprites made... hold on.
- Today I had cutscenes playing twice the same requested character animation. Turned out I fixed that... 2 years ago, but commented it out for some reason.
- Expedition 33 : la foire aux références et les bêtises des gestrals, c’est malheureusement complètement mon humour. 🫣
- C'est comme ça que je nous vois faire un jeu 2D à 10 personnes (déjà très fortes) quand je vois qu'Expedition 33 a moins de 40 personnes en prod dans ses crédits.

- The new Github billing system is even more convoluted than the previous one. While it tries to add more tools to understand it, it makes things even less clear. Words are badly chosen, it's hardly understandable what's included in the plan, what's not, how it's measured... good tools, super bad UX.
