- During my first few weeks in Eugene in 1986, while sleeping in the back of my Mazda pickup, I ate pintos and rice at a restaurant near the train station. My memory was the meal was $1.75. I'd use half a bottle of fancy organic ketchup at a sitting. I ate there several times. Karma owed.

- You can see it out there, the lack of deeper analysis. All are buffeted by their shared cultural cognition and memeplexes. Few will create maps longer than a few scrawled items. We *feel* like we are going somewhere, but we are going in circles in the woods without a map. orng.org
- I searched for decent data flow diagram videos and reviewed ten or so. Yawn. Tedious. They don't get at the most important part: the change in perspective of the people participating in the system. I gained that perspective talking to stakeholders. It shares the magic with #KnowledgeGraphs.
- I finally finished the updates from my dream on 2025-05-06. Like most things, it seemed easier said than done, but it all works now, and I'm happy with it. I rolled it out to logicalmap.org. I'll roll it out to my MQTT site, along with #nostr data compatibility tomorrow, then, back to dogfooding.
- I updated logicalmap.org with the new graph format. The site will store your edits in local browser storage.

- Whatever you are doing right now, imagine the *full* supply chain behind it. Whether it is software or soft drink, make it 100X simpler, rather than more complicated. Map it out. The faster you reach simpler, the better off you will be within complex systems under stress. #collapse #SupplyChain
