- As a Foursquare minister, Lindsay had close ties to Aimee Semple McPherson's Angelus Temple in LA, a key vector of neo-Nazi ideology in the 1930s & 40s. - Her message is to don't make an idol out of wanting love from your kids. You gotta be willing to do what it takes to obey her version of God, even if it means your kids won't love you. Die to you own desires and needs kind of garbage.

- Only a psychopath believes it's harmful to want to feel loved by people because it gets in the way of their dependency on their god's love. A desire to love and feel loved isn't an "addiction," it's required to become a healthy human.
