- When I was a teenager, we had a pool. My parents were having work done on the house, my step dad hired one of his friends to do some of the work. I couldn't exist in my own back yard without his leering eyes gluing themselves to my body all day long. Just existing as a girl/woman is to be an object.
- When I was about 8 year old, we were on vacation at Disney World. My stepdad's childhood friend came with us. He proceeded to tell me several times how beautiful I looked in my bathing suit, every time making me want to crawl deeper into a hole far away from this creep.
- My high school started in 7th grade, so at 12 years old, we were sharing hallways with 18 year olds. In 7th grade, a senior walked by me with his friends, they all stopped and looked at me as he said "I'd like to read the line between her legs" I felt disgusting, I wanted to run away, leave my body
- Ive never been sexually assaulted by a trans person. I have been sexually assaulted by several men. A trans person has never cat-called me or said something that made me feel uncomfortable. Many men have made comments or noises that disgusted me or made me fear for my safety.
