- Pre-Brexit, I described to an elderly lady/supporter from Cornwall how much I love the UK & truly felt at home there, expecting her to be pleased about the praise. Instead, she said (somewhat coolly) that she's no problem with that provided I leave when told to. I though of that when I read this.
