- And even if you have mild fatigue - it sucks. Big time. Perhaps like me, you still manage to get through a work week - but I don't have the energy for anything else. Since autumn 2023, I have spent my weekends mostly sleeping.

- Today is... not a good day. The fatigue and the noise sensitivity are really bad. And I can't help but worry about how far this new Covid infection will throw me back in my Long Covid recovery. Before this, I was tentatively hopeful I might make it to the Saalburg in a few weeks' time for...
