orcid.org/0000-0002-5288-0471While I want the Supreme Court to tap the brakes on Trump’s authoritarianism, I also fear that if SCOTUS does some last minute good it will divert attention from the fact that the decisions of its Republican majority put us here. Supreme Court reform is an imperative if we are to have a democracy.
