- I still remember exploring the games children made in Fortnite's early dinky create mode, mimicing the shapes they recognized in 'real' games. They crudely recreated gambling mechanics, xp timers, and dark patterns, but with zero financial purpose. When I was a kid, I built fake loading screens.

- yup, games would cost more than in 2010 if you adjust the price for inflation but what happens when you adjust that price against wage growth, and compare the two? if you wanna address that gap, you need to engage with problems far bigger than games
