- Reposted by Sam LibbySing it from the rooftops: congestion pricing in NYC is an unambiguous triumph. It is succeeding beyond its backers wildest aspirations & none of the second-order effects people worried about have come to pass. It's a pure win. Celebrate it! Talk about it! For once, let's own the f'ing narrative.

- NYC’s congestion pricing is a policy miracle: Less traffic, less noise, faster transit, more business sales, more transit revenue. And it hasn’t produced the negative effects outside the cordon zone we were afraid of. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

- Reposted by Sam LibbyAdams must be removed. The city cannot sustain being governed for nearly a year by a Mayor who is being coerced by Trump admin in order to escape charges. This corruption poses a real threat to the people of the city. He should have resigned a while ago, but will not. So it’s time for him to go.
- In The Case for Proactive Bar Sanctions, 102 Texas L. Rev. 1135 (2024), I argue that state bar authorities must proactively initiate disciplinary proceedings against lawyers whose lies affect the administration of justice. I see no reason why the same shouldn’t apply to Alex Spiro’s conduct here

The media is acting like this is too chaotic and bewildering to interpret, but they are just afraid of sounding shrill. It’s corrupt.
