- When your #NSF CAREER grant that engages science teachers & students in local issues of urban & extreme heat (in ALL communities) was terminated because it “no longer aligns with agency priorities.” The planet broke heat records consecutive summers (2023,24) DURING the teacher training…🤬🥵
- Last month was the 2nd hottest April on record globally... It was also separately the *warmest* April for global land areas and the 2nd warmest for global ocean areas. Data provided by @noaa.gov NOAAGlobalTemp v6.0.0 (www.ncei.noaa.gov/products/lan...).
