- options like being vegan is easy and cheap if you just look at what is accidentally vegan like its mostly what was available around you and poor people food but it was not poor people food because it was bad but because it was abundant and nutritious like eating meat has ruined the ecosystem so much

- Eating vegan is vastly less expensive than being a meat and dairy eater, there are so many delicious things you can do with the mushrooms and beans, both of which are fraction of the cost of meat/dairy. There’s a little learning curve and then a cheaper and healthier lifestyle.
