Oh my fucking GOD how good is ANDOR? I’m two episodes to the end of Season 2 and I’m sorry but I gotta gush.
ANDOR is going to be one of those shows — like THE WIRE and DEADWOOD and the BBC versions of TINKER TAILOR and SMILEY’S PEOPLE — that I’m gonna read-watch and savor over the years.
Oh wow, I just realized I gotta be careful with spoilers, so this is gonna be vague.
Okay, it comes down to this — it’s stunning how every character is so nuanced, messy and complicated. “Evil” characters can get hit with pangs of sudden empathy and crippling morality…
…and “good” characters can, out of fear or expedience or just exhaustion, make cruel, cold or indifferent decisions. And it all feels so… human.

Patton, you're the best. kids and i loved you in the MLP show. --I have not watched any Star Wars since age 5 or so (1985). No strong feelings just no interest. People talking about Andor have made me want to watch but is the utter lack of familiarity with the franchise an issue, or could I dive in?
