- Local city councils need to start placing serious restrictions on local law enforcement’s interactions with ICE. NO local police force should assist in any activity not supported by official warrants signed by a judge. WE control city councils. WE can elect members who respect the law.May 11, 2025 14:12
- Write to your police chief too. Tell them you do not accept and will not support the use of your local officers to terrorize your immigrant neighbors.
- Agree. If they don't have a warrant, they shouldn't be allowed to let ICE arrest anyone.
- As macabre as this sounds, I can't help but wonder, with all Trump's hate and lies surrounding veterans, and especially disabled veterans, if there aren't a group with terminal illness (SF, Seals?) who will make the ultimate sacrifice.
- Worcester police said they were responding to a need to "deescalate". Well, federal officers should know how to deescalate - start by following normal procedures instead of ambushing people.
- Police should be arresting anyone who operates outside the law, which these roving bands of immigrant kidnappers are doing.
- I think Texas is overruling such actions @ state level.
- Agreed
- This is going on in Oregon as well. A "Sanctuary State" since the mid-eighties..County Commissioners discussing potentials to circumvent the State laws bc "trump will open up the logging industry by 400%."This is nothing less than bribery to inspire division from Law www.youtube.com/live/3mgJOl4...
- The "400% increase in logging" is discussed at the April 2nd Meeting, shortly after I raised a litigious issue regarding the County Commissioners Direct Conflict of Interest in my case. I later met w/Commissioner Trost but they still refused to mediate. Why? Bc #ReformforElectingAmericanLegislators
- I thought the revolution/civil war would begin with the common citizen. It now appears to be with federal/state agencies versus Federal/state agencies. Provided state agencies turn on their federal brethren. It's Federal agencies vs Courts at this point. Slime always runs downhill.
