- Elissa Slotkin pisses me off. All she does is tell Dems what they should be doing, instead of doing it herself. I mean what does “we should be playing defense but also offense” mean? She’s a critic, not a leader!
- We need to talk about the Medicaid cuts those soulless vampires are planning. Like…absolutely EVIL shit from that side of so-called Christians. MILLIONS of people are going to be severely harmed.
- I campaigned on the proposal to tie VA funding directly to any DOD funding that paid for troops. That way, every time we created a soldier, we funded his or her post-service needs & care. The idea was to bake veterans’ benefits into the cost of war, and never to allow one without the other.
- My glamorous Mom passed away 15 years ago today. And is still think of her every day. Happy Mother’s Day to all who are thinking of one they miss today.

- Consider running for city or county council as your act of resistance. THOSE are the entities that pay and control local law enforcement. You can pass restrictions on how local law enforcement interacts with ICE and the FBI.
- Local city councils need to start placing serious restrictions on local law enforcement’s interactions with ICE. NO local police force should assist in any activity not supported by official warrants signed by a judge. WE control city councils. WE can elect members who respect the law.
