- My wife and I literally had this conversation. That there is an ability for us to leave if we work towards it, but that comes out of a whole lot of privilege as well as conceding voices against the problems rising. We already struggle with the thought of not doing enough, leaving is defeat.
- Hearing about this Starbucks strike and reading comments about it, a lot of people happy to side with a company that likes union busting as well as flagrantly sidestepping the NLRA.
- Discussion who should die with regards to a disease we have resources to combat and ultimately concluding on "only very sick kids should from measles" is, in fact, eugenics. The resources exist. The solution is there. And in your authority, you are saying "natural selection will work it out."
