- I think what’s not being mentioned is previous circumstances/effort. If you had the income and then got laid off that’s one thing. You genuinely tried. And you’re trying to get back on the horse Vs. You were struggling to afford just you and then you had a baby without any thought of support

- In the instance that the community can’t support the child still has somewhere to go. Yes the community should help but if everyone is struggling, that’s where the parental income comes from. If that person didn’t have it before the kid, they won’t have it after
