- Hot damn I think this would have helped a lot. It wouldn't have fixed everything but I'd definitely not have whatever school damage I had going into high school and college. I think there's a lot that school can do but the normal school environment was pretty much hell for me until I was like 16.
- There’s a This American Life episode about middle school - child psychologist is asked “If you could change one thing about the middle school experience what would it be?” Her (paraphrased) answer was “Don’t make kids in this age group go to school. It is TOO MUCH to be asking of their brains.”
