- The answer to the right-wing playbook here is, to state the obvious, to politically defeat the right. Unfortunately, the only forces that could do that are indelibly tainted because the Biden people got angry at the press. Whatever is an honest newsman to do?

- Tim Walz has a very solid record as governor, but his attempts to appeal to non-progressive voters during the 2024 campaign were typically cringeworthy. He also performed very poorly in the debate. I'd be happy to leave this be, but the revisionism about this stuff on here is pretty intense.
