  Yeah this got buried in my replies when it first broke but 10 USC contains several provisions that make it quite clear what grade these positions are supposed to have Tbh I doubt pete even knows what Title 10 is, like I legitimately would bet he has never heard of it before outside of NG statusing

    The more I see this the more it is clear how illegal this plan is in the sense that 3 & 4-star billets are set in law.
