- I cross-posted this so here's ideas for overcooked rice: • Arancini style. panko breadcrumbs & quick fry w/diff dipping sauces •roll balls, freeze them & air fry for snack •Oil a pan, spread it thin, & make it like a crunchy rice pancake. general idea behind tahdig or bibimbap •bell pepper stuffing!

- food people plz help. yesterday i mistakenly used white rice instead of brown rice in my instapot meal prep of rice & beans. it's very mushy & solid yet still very tasty. texture wise i can't do a week of this as is. maybe i can roll balls up, breadcrumb it & fry them? idk suggestions welcome🙏🏾
