View full threadobviously this can apply to any kind of defense for anybody including minority and underprivileged groups. but the difference is that with certain groups you get those people ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY. im almost sure u probably mostly get what im talking about
- like with the other discourse around men a while ago where women were like "u cant say men bad because i like men and thats like saying im bad" ok thats completely understandable but would you still feel this way if you don't
- it's really transparent when people are only defending something because it is or is deeply associated with their own identity , and there's no point engaging in any serious argument by that point because anything you say morphs into "how dare you attack me / that one person I know personally"
