- Oh, so dramatic! 😂 When the rain is very heavy, the Fiery-throated Hummingbirds can't fly, so they land on a branch or the walkway and shake and shimmy and contort themselves, trying to dry out. It's a little upsetting the first time you observe this behavior, but they're fine. #hummingbirds #bird

- At the vet again with tinsel. She had been losing weight at an alarming rate and it turns out she just woke up one day and decided she hated the food I was giving her. Changed food. She is rotund again. Problem solved. She is a menace, but she is correct always.
