Then she said there's been a huge increase in scam texts "this year" they've been getting a lot more calls and she herself is also getting way more scam texts. Why is this happening?

- "The Library of Congress does not lend books to adults or children" something I have known since I was six, when I visited there on vacation and that was my first question. It doesn't let children check out "inappropriate books" because it doesn't let children check out ANY books
