- Speaking of sleep, it ain’t free, but I highly, HIGHLY recommend the Better Sleep app from Ipnos. I lucked out with a lifetime subscription, but it’s absolutely worth monthly. Ignore the coaching and tracking and other privacy invading crap. You just want sound.
- Finally reached breaking point last night. Contacted my old doc, who’s an authorized provider for my ins but does direct billing, so we have to request reimbursement. I have no energy for that, but she did send me instructions (so I don’t have to research).

- Seven days ago, we put in a help desk ticket with IT at mom’s community to get the login info for the internet access that’s part of her monthly bill. Five days ago, they said, “Lol just log into the guest network.”

- Need fiction podcast recommendations! While cleaning mom’s house for the next couple days, I need stuff to listen to. I found WTNV okay (not great - esp. hated the music). Enjoying Old Gods of Appalachia, though S1 was better than the later stuff (haven’t heard S5 yet).

- This is our new hobby. Hanging out on the deck in the rain under the not-assembled canopy, licking stuff.
- Aleya’s spent half the day lounging in the rain, then rolling around on the dirty deck snd floor. She’s now spotted brown. She’s wonderful and smart and sweet, but oh my god she’s gonna be a nightmare to keep clean.
