- I spent last summer in a Federal BOP prison where the guards/correction officers wore no uniforms. We’d just have these rando men with no badges, no id, wearing punisher/blue lives flag/union t-shirts wandering around our living quarters. It’s truly terrifying and very illegal, but nobody cared.
