- St. Francis said “preach the gospel at all times; use words when necessary” to emphasize the proclamatory, evangelical value of acts of mercy and charity, not to denigrate the value of verbal proclamation. In order to preach the gospel at all times, it is necessary to use words.

- Omg this teacher left me a note not to let any more than 3 kids per period go to the bathroom Some of these classes are like 50 kids Obviously I’m flagrantly ignoring the rule It’s staggering how teachers/administrators will treat children in ways that wouldn’t (ok, *shouldn’t*) fly in a prison
- Some days I’m the cool sub, letting kids stay for lunch in the classroom And then other days, it’s “I know you know I’m in here, I know you can hear me watching YouTube videos, I know you know I can hear you knocking, but I’m still not opening the door” 🙂

- Am subbing for biology classes today, and the teacher is having me show an old Forensic Files episode lol A cop’s wife is killed, and guess who they barely look at as a suspect? The cop husband. Guess who they arrested TEN YEARS after the fact? The cop husband. 🙄
