It is a good thing. Even when they screw it up and lose in the first round of the playoffs, I am so proud to be a Steelers fan and display my 70s Steelers mugs and pins. I'm proud of the Rooney family and the Rooney Rule, which simply says owners must interview minority candidates for major jobs.
